A simple, healthy twist on traditional hummus. Dip with veggies or spread on toast to create a trendy gourmet “avocado toast” that will have you coming back for more.
Ingredients
- 15oz can Chick Peas, rinsed and drained

3 Tbsp Mount Egaleo Greek Olive Oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp Tahini
- 3 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Clove Garlic, peeled

½ tsp Cumin Spice Sea Salt, plus more to taste

Fresh Ground Rainbow Pepper, to taste
- 2 Ripe Avocados, peeled and pitted
Directions
- In a food processor, pulse chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lime juice and garlic until smooth, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add avocados and pulse mixture until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes longer.
- veggies, or as a spread for tartine (which is a fancy French word for sliced bread).
