How to Enjoy:

• Spoon prepared Tapenade on chicken and fish. 
• Add to a can of tomatoes for a quick Puttanesca sauce. 
  
• Season veggies, meat, and seafood before roasting. 

Directions: Mix 1/4 cup dried Tapenade with 1/4 cup hot water. Let stand for 3 minutes. Drizzle with 1 tsp Balsamic and 1 Tbsp Olive Oil (we recommend Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Bonsecchino Tuscan Olive Oil.) Serve on flatbread crackers or baguette slices.
