We will be walking you through the basics of making several delicious base breads, and showing you how to create several different ones by just tweaking a few things. We will be featuring Olivelle and the amazing Ankarsum multi-use mixer. Come hungry!

Executive Chef Andy Peloquin from Tesora Restaurant in Siren, WI will teach you how it's done! Join us for a hands-on fresh pasta-making class. We will also be making two delicious sauces from scratch. Come hungry! $45/person.

Learn about the many uses for Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegars! In this class, you will learn what to look for in choosing high quality oils and vinegars. You will use a wide variety of oils and vinegars to show their versatility for breakfast, lunch, appetizers, dinner and of course desserts! Oil and vinegars are an excellent way to add great depth of flavor to dishes without all the chopping and preparing when using fresh foods from scratch. You'll be taught short-cuts and time-savers without skimping on flavor. Come hungry! You will be eating many small bites of different foods. There will be a drawing for free olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
