Date Night: Seafood 4 Supper

Friday, March 24th, from 6pm-8pm (the NEW location on Main Street).  Looking for ways to spruce up your seafood this Lenten season? Join Chef Andy (head chef at Tesora Catering and Events) as he shares new recipes and ideas to upgrade your Friday fish fry.  Menu for the evening will include: Baked Fish & Chips with Sweet Sriracha Aioli, Lemon Chili Shrimp Tacos with Cucumber Slaw, Seared Scallops with a Rose Cream Sauce, and Poached Cod Provencal. -- Cost $55

Cooking classes are non-refundable. Please understand that a lot of time and resources go into the advance preparation for a successful class. In the event that you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another guest of your choice.

Acorn Pantry recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with us before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
