November 6th ~ Knife Skills Making Bolognese

Learn the skills needed to create pasta Bolognese.  In this hands-on class Chef Andy will walk you through basic knife skills, safety, handling and caring for your knives. Each class participant will have the opportunity to help prepare a batch of pasta Bolognese. Learn a proper pinch grip, how to chop, slice, mince safely and how to maintain and sharpen your knives. Believe it or not, a sharp knife is safer than a dull one. Come hungry! 

Menu: Starter bread and dipping oil, Pasta Bolognese, and a refreshing scoop of Chipmunk Cheeks ice cream to finish the evening.
