Curry Fusion

We have a lot of requests for Indian classes. If you love Indian food or are curious about these flavorful ethnic dishes, this class is for you. Come hungry!
-Curried rice pilaf arancini: aromatic fried rice balls stuffed with feta cheese and served with creamy mango masala dipping sauce.
-Tandori style chicken skewers and mango Cucumber salad with bell peppers, spinach and warm candied ginger dressing.
-Ice cream with curry infused olive oil drizzle and apple chai sugar sprinkle.
Wine available to purchase by the glass.

Cinco de Mayo

We have a guest appearance! Many of you have seen local Mica Neumans posts on Facebook! She has a passion for food and especially Mexican cuisine. We are trilled to have her here for Cinco de Mayo to show off her skills teaching with Chef Andy her specialty Handmade tamales with fresh Pico de Gallo and Guacamole, Spanish Rice and vanilla ice cream with mojito key lime drizzle for dessert. We will also be featuring our Olivelle signature margarita mocktails. Bring a friend or two, this class will be a blast!

3 Course Tesora Wood Fired Pizza on the Patio at the Chattering Squirrel Cafe.

This is a special private 3 course pizza party on the patio at the Chattering Squirrel. Chef Andy Peloquin will be using the outdoor Ooni pizza ovens to prepare wood fired Bruschetta and Tesora Specialty Pizzas. The class also includes a salad and a mocktail. This is a great date night idea with a delicious Tesora favorite! Bring a date and invite some friends.
