Ingredients
- Cornbread Muffins
- 1 Boxed Cornbread Muffin Mix

Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil, according to box directions
- Whipped Maple Bourbon Butter
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter, softened

2 Tbsp Bourbon Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

¼ tsp Smokey Bacon Sea Salt
Directions
- Follow directions on boxed cornbread mix, substituting Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil for the vegetable oil.
- Meanwhile in a medium bowl use a small whisk or hand mixer to whip together the butter, balsamic, maple syrup, and salt.
- Serve cornbread muffins with whipped bourbon butter and enjoy!
