Perfect recipe to pair with a glass of wine that combines olives, garlic, capers, parsley, vinegar and olive oil. Serve garnished with parsley on a crusty baguette or with artisan crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mixed Olives, pitted
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2 Tbsp Capers
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley

1 Tbsp Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

2 Tbsp Frantoia Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Rainbow Sea Salt, ground to taste

Rainbow Pepper, ground to taste
Directions
- Combine olives, garlic, capers, parsley, Dark Balsamic Vinegar, and Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a food processor and pulse until a roughly chopped paste is formed.
- Season to taste with Rainbow Sea Salt and Rainbow Pepper. Serve garnished with parsley on a crusty baguette, as a veggie dip, or with artisan crackers.
Recipe Note
We love using a mixture of green and kalamata olives in this recipe. However, use whatever olive varieties you like best!
