Our mouths are already watering at the thought of this juicy steak! Paired with a garlicky and herbaceous chimichurri sauce for the perfect bite. Make this dish to impress friends at a dinner party or enjoy any night of the week!
2 Tbsp Mediterranean Rosemary Rub
1 ½ tsps Black Garlic Sea Salt, divided
1 Tbsp Dark Balsmaic Vinegar of Modena
¼ cup Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
¼ tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt
Season steaks generously with Mediterranean Rub and 1 tsp sea salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Pat steaks dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture before cooking.
We used parsley, chives, and oregano to create this chimichurri, but feel free to play with the fresh herbs.Cilantro, dill, basil, or mint would also be great options!
