Avocado toast is creamy, crisp and so satisfying. It’s a delicious and simple breakfast, snack or light meal. Once you try Avocado toast with our Black Garlic Sea Salt, you won't want to eat it any other way!
Ingredients
- 2 Slices Rustic Sourdough Bread

2 Tbsp Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Avocado

½ tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt, plus more to finish
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes, diced

2 tsp Smoked Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees and place bread on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and until toasted, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile in a bowl, mash the avocado together with sea salt and lemon juice.
- Spread smashed avocado on toast, top with cherry tomatoes, an extra pinch of black garlic sea salt, and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
