Take your alfredo to the next level with the rich umami flavor of Black Truffle, so good it’ll make your mouth water every time you think about it. This alfredo recipe is quicker and easier as it doesn’t use a roux and will come together as fast as it takes to cook the pasta!
1 Pasta Rocks
3 Tbsp Black Truffle Infused Olive Oil
2 tsp Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning
½ tsp Black Truffle Sea Salt
If you don't have Pasta Rocks on hand it is still important to season your pasta water! Salting the water is the only time the pasta itself is going to be seasoned so make sure your water is salty like the sea. We recommend adding 1 Tbsp of salt for every 4 quarts of water.
